LSC-Kingwood Nursing Department
- Vocational Nursing, always in high demand, licensed vocational nurses provide a variety of important patient care, under the supervision of a registered nurse or doctor. Graduates qualify for licensing as an LVN and usually pursue careers in hospitals, long-term facilities, clinics, and other health facilities.
- Associate Degree Nursing combines the art of caring with nursing skills, is one of the high-growth career paths, the most sought after in the healthcare industry. Graduates who qualify to become a registered nurse (RN), provide and coordinate care for patients in various fields of health care settings. There are two options available to reach ADN at LSC-Kingwood. Students will get their ADN in the Transition program designed for the LVN transition and Licensed Paramedics (LPM) to obtain their ADN. ADN will also be achieved through the Basic Pathway program, a two-year program specifically designed for students without prior nursing or paramedical education.

LSC-Montgomery offers training in two options to become a Registered Nurse (RN) and to become a Vocational Nurse (LVN).
